Order Processing
Once an order is placed, processing time can take up to 8-10 business days before your order is shipped. On rare occasions, delivery of items could take up to 20 days or more depending on destination, weather, international customs or unforeseen circumstances. Please let us know of any time constraints prior to ordering to ensure timely delivery.
Note: If you purchased multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one package.
Shipping Information
Items ship via USPS:
Laret Glass ships via USPS to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses and will also ship to Canada. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active usually within 24 hours.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Laret Glass is not responsible for delays due to customs or international shipping.
Returns/Exchanges
Laret Glass has a 30 day return policy.
If you are not happy with your purchase, Laret Glass will exchange your piece for a different one of equal or lessor value. If there is no replacement piece you are interested in, we will offer a full refund once all items have been returned to Laret Glass. There is no restocking fee of items returned. Please keep in mind, in this case, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To avoid damage when returning product, please return item/items in original packaging if possible. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
Returns processing time can range from 1 to 3 weeks depending on how long it takes for the returning product to arrive.
Damaged Items
If your item is damaged when it arrives, Laret Glass will replace it free of charge. Photos or other documentation of the damaged items maybe requested of the customer prior to replacing. If items arrive damaged, please contact us via the form on our contact page for further instructions.
